Introduction
A charming little hotel
located in the historic town of Santa Croce sull'Arno, the Cristallo is
a good base from which to explore the rest of Tuscany. The hotel was built
in 1986 and completely renovated in recent years.
Location
The Cristallo pulls off
the trick of being in a peaceful area while still being in the centre
of town. Almost equidistant from Florence and Pisa, Santa Croce sull'Arno
is even closer to Lucca and its Romanesque churches. Both Lucce and the
beach resort of Montecanti are twenty minutes by bar; Florence and Pisa
take about ten minutes longer.
