Location
The vast majority of
The Hague's major sights are within walking distance, from the parliamentary
Binnenhof complex which dates back to the 13th century, to the arty pleasures
of the Maurithus, once a royal palace, and the Vredespaleis, the site
of the International Court of Justice. Madurodam, an engaging 1:25 scale
model of the Netherlands is a short tram or taxi ride away, on the route
to Scheveningen, The Hague's beach resort.
Bedrooms
For a small hotel, the
Sebel has surprisingly large rooms, a feeling of space that is complimented
by its predominantly high ceilings. Bathrooms are of high quality and
rooms come with the standard TV ad phone.
Restaurant
Breakfast is of the buffet variety and the Sebel has a traditional style
Dutch bar.
