Introduction
The historic Stadthaus
dates back to the eighteenth century when it was built in the style of
Louis XV of France. The hotel's old courtyard is a good place to meet
the locals.
Location
Right in the centre of
Burgdorf, the Stadthaus stands in a pedestrian area just a few minutes
from the train station.

Restaurants
The a-la-carte restaurant La Pendule serves classic French cuisine, while
the informal Stadtcafe serves up all manner of international snacks. Whichever
you opt for be sure to try the wine straight from oak casks. The smoking
room is also a good place to enjoy a drink and a cigar at the end of the
day, while the Bar B5 offers a sociable meeting place.
Business Facilities
Well-lit conference rooms once played host to the Schnee brothers' plans
to overthrow the government. Fully modernised, each room now caters for
up to thirty people, and comes complete with audio-visual equipment
