Introduction
Curiously delightful
"boutique" hotel in a tranquil leafy square in Brugge's historic centre.
Originally an 18th Century carriage house, this character-rich building
has been turned into a charming little hotel by the Vanhaecke family (Chris,
Lyne and Frederik). The furnishings, fabrics and objets d'art are supplied
by the hotel's own antique shop, Kasimir's. Guests can relax in one of
several reception rooms; the library, the lounge or the Royal Troon bar
replete with open fire.

Centrally located near
the focal point of Brugge; the medieval Burg Square (200 metres away).
The Romantik Pandhotel is within easy walking distance of the various
museums, canals and attractions in the city centre. The nearest ferry
ports Zeebrugge and Oostende are a short transfer away. Brugge is an hour's
drive from the Channel Tunnel and ferries of Calais. Once here take a
trip to Gent, the former trade and administrative centre (half an hour's
drive away) and the present day Belgian capital, Brussels (an hour by
car).
Bedrooms
The 23 bedrooms have
been individually decorated with luxurious fabrics and antique furnishings.
Top notch in-room facilities include satellite TV, telephone (with fax/modem
connection), mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, en-suite marble bathrooms
and hairdryer. The Junior Suites come with a Jacuzzi, ironing board and
a CD system.
Restaurants
Guests start the day in the country style breakfast room. Bread is freshly
baked, eggs are cooked to order along with a variety of juices, fruit,
cheeses and yoghurts. Other meals are taken outside the hotel. Brugge
has many fine restaurants and the Vanhaecke family will be pleased to
recommend one to you.
